Andy Croak

Vice President of Global Accounts

Andy Croak, a 13 year hospitality sales professional, serves as Vice President of Global Accounts for ConferenceDirect and is based in St. Louis, MO. He began his career with Maritz Travel in 2002 as an on-site meeting manager. For four years he operated meeting/incentive programs, domestically and internationally averaging 275 days on site out of each calendar year. He has firsthand knowledge of hotel properties worldwide and the understanding of what makes a successful meeting.

During this time he served the finance, automobile, and pharmaceutical industries managing meetings of 20 to 5,000 people and earned several awards for customer service. In 2006 he became the group meeting and incentive sales manager for All Seasons Travel in Birmingham, Alabama. While employed with All Seasons Travel he specialized in corporate travel, meetings, incentives, and destination management. Andy joined ConferenceDirect in May of 2008 and has had the pleasure of working with a wide range of corporations and associations specializing in the education industry.

He knows what it takes to meet customer needs and how to provide solutions for their objectives. His past experiences have made him a skilled hospitality contract negotiator and enables him to create win-win situations for his clients and hotel partners. Andy was recognized for his contributions with ConferenceDirect as the Breakthrough Award winner in 2010. He is a member of Meeting Professionals International and serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Findlay, Hospitality, Sport, and Event Management Program.
